Specify model selection

When NirvanaAI is used in co-pilot mode the agentic framework chooses the model for the user. Some users want to be able to choose model themselves and override this decision. Upvote this feature request if you are one of them and for example want to be able to steer the co-writer to always use a specific model like Sonnet 3,5 from Claude for example.
