We want to make sure you have the best possible experience when using Heartspace. That's why we've added a friendly heads-up for anyone accessing their organization's workspace from a mobile device or a browser other than Chrome.
When you log into your Heartspace workspace, we'll now let you know if you're using a device or browser that might not give you the full Heartspace experience
You'll see a helpful message suggesting Chrome on your Mac or PC for the best results
Don't worry - you can still continue using your current browser if you prefer, but it might not give you the same experience and stability, so if you can use Chrome, please do. If Chrome is not an option please consider using Safari at least as we run more tests for Safari than for Firefox and other browsers at the moment.
Once you dismiss the message, it won't bother you again during your session.
While our public website works on any device, our AI writing workspace is optimized and tested for desktop use with Google Chrome. Since we are a small dev-team we canβt run tests for all browsers at the moment. We intend to extend support across other browsers and devices in the future.
For the smoothest experience with features like real-time AI writing assistance and document collaboration, we recommend using Google Chrome on your desktop computer. Mobile-screens are not supported. Safari will most often work but it is not tested as much as with Chrome. So if you can use Chrome, please do that.
